KC did a great and very thorough job. Got rid of an old stain that was embedded in the carpet that I was sure was there to stay forever.
We recently moved into a new house, and honestly, the carpets were disgusting—to the point we thought we were going to have to replace them. Our white tile looked gray, and the light grout was practically black. I had personally scrubbed the tile/grout and cleaned the carpets myself, but nothing made a real difference. I genuinely didn’t know if I’d even feel comfortable letting my baby crawl or lay on the floors.

I can’t recommend this company enough!! We were planning on tearing out or carpet and replacing it this fall. We figured we would do one final cleaning to get us to that point. I have 2 dogs and 3 kids. One of the rooms was really bad with pet stains and kid stain (nail polish, slime, markers, you name it). Almost everything came out.
KC spent a ton of time working on our carpet and it looks amazing!! Honestly, I don’t think we will be replacing it this fall. It looks almost like the day it was installed 7 years ago.
