Jacob and Karson cleaned our living room carpet. They were on time, wore protective shoe coverings, and very polite. Asked me to pont out any spots on the carpet that needed addressed. I did ask them to extract as much moisture as they could so that the carpet would dry quicker. Before we paid for services, Jacob.asked me to make sure that I was satisfied. They did such a good job and no messes left behind. I will continue to use their services.

This company is reasonable in price....and they do a good job. So sorry I can't remember the cleaners name. He is the cousin of the owner. Very nice guy. Took time and care with carpets.This is the 3rd time I have used Carpet Care. Had the same tech which tells me it is a good company to work for. I believe it is Jacob. He was very conscientious and took time to do it right I can highly recommend them.Service: Carpet steam cleaning
