We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful care our dog, Zylah, received at Napoleon Veterinary Clinic. When she wasn’t feeling well and wasn’t getting better, they were always responsive to our concerns and were able to see her quickly—including on a couple of occasions the very same day.

The staff is awesome! My first call I was greeted by a friendly staff member who was not only knowledgeable, but understanding. My second call, another staff member answered. She too was very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. At our first appointment the Veterinarian was great! She was open and honest in options she presented. Pros and cons were given, but the decision was left up to us. We did not feel pressured into one specific avenue based on the Veterinarian's own bias or preference. Iv been going here for quite awhile and I must say I absolutely love this place. They are all so good with my dog and they work with me on payments as well. Definitely recommend this vet to EVERYONE.
