“My husband had the most beautiful arrangement sent to my work place for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately the florist did not wrap the flowers and the cold burnt them. I know it's just flowers but I'm sure my husband spent a decent amount on Valentine's Day flowers and I would expect the florist to care more about the product they put out.“
