The Salt Cave offers a respite from daily stresses - unplugged Halotherapy is my preferred way to heal and meditate. Wonderful facility and owners, I go back as often as possible!
I recommend The Healing Cave. I took an out of town friend here and we both spent the afternoon doing multiple services. Her faves were the salt booth and the infrared cocoon. My faves were the float tank and the Crystal Healing session. I loved the Crystal Healing Session so much, I scheduled another in the future. If you need deep relaxation and to feel more balanced, this is for you!
My daughter and I went for the Aqua Massage and we both really enjoyed it! We will definitely be going back as well as trying other services they offer. Very friendly, informative and helpful!
