Shoemaker Roofing LLC, based in Mount Vernon, OH, has been delivering high-quality residential, industrial, and commercial roofing services for over 41 years. They offer a range of services including installation, replacement, repair, and restoration for all types of roofs.
One customer had issues with their roof vents and missing shingles. The first contractor recommended replacing the entire roof, which would have been costly. However, the customer had previously worked with Shoemaker Roofing and decided to give them a call. After the inspection, Shoemaker Roofing suggested repairs instead of a full replacement, which cost only $250. The customer was impressed with their honesty and professionalism, and highly recommends them.
Another customer, who had experience with dishonest contractors in the past, was hesitant to get a new roof. However, after hearing positive reviews from a former Shoemaker Roofing employee, they decided to get an estimate. They appreciated that Shoemaker Roofing is a family-owned business and that they provided a detailed, written estimate. Although not the cheapest option, the customer felt they could trust Shoemaker Roofing and chose them for the job. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the work in one day. The customer was impressed with the quality of the work and the added value to their home.
A third customer hired Shoemaker Roofing to put a new roof on their house. They performed above expectations, and there were no surprises. Additional work was discovered during the process, which had been previously discussed, and was included in the contract. The customer was impressed with their professionalism, good craftsmanship, and product. They highly recommend Shoemaker Roofing.
I had roof damage from recent storm. Cole and his crew did an excellent job replacing the roof and cleaning up afterward. They were very friendly and even bought me lunch! This is my second experience with Shoemakers and I would recommend them hands down over any other roofers I have dealt with. Randy,Alex, and Cole it was a pleasure working with all of you!
The Shoemaker family and their awesome crew did an outstanding job on my new roof! From beginning to end, it was handled so professionally and thoroughly. They made me feel like part of their family. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
We called Shoemaker Roofing because we thought we had a roof leak. They had put in a new roof for us 5 years ago. They sent someone out to check it within an hour. Turned out not to be a leak but a yellow jacket infestation that had damaged the ceiling. This company has been nothing but stellar and immediately responsive to any concerns we have had and are absolutely wonderful to work with. Highly recommend them always.
