I went in for a battery replacement. All of my questions were answered very well. Had my phone ready to pick up the next morning at a very reasonable price. I couldn't recommend this place more.

They were very quick in determining possible scenarios why my laptop isn't working the way it should. I appreciated that they were willing to text instead of calling. Super helpful.
They give free estimate and suggest a course of action to resolve the issue. Great local business.

These guys are the real deal. They sold me some backstock once, every single item was as described or in better condition than expected. I dont live close to mount vernon, but if I was ever in the area and in need of a PC or Cellphone repair. These are the dudes I would trust to work on my precious tech devices. 11/10
