This urgent care is very professional and they actually care. When another urgent care in Milford, Ohio prescribed me the wrong medication and I wasn’t getting any better I went to this urgent care and they actually did care and gave me a course of treatment that WILL help me get better! The doctor/NP (not sure which), Gwen was very caring and nice! Love her!! Everytime I see her she always knows what to do! Every staff member was very friendly I always trust this urgent care over any other one!! 100/10 recommend!!!!
Came here back in January and it was a fantastic experience, had to bring my 2 yo here again this morning and I think it was different ladies up front and definitely a different doctor, and AGAIN, awesome experience! These ladies are all so wonderful. I did get the drs name today, Gwen! My son cries every time we’ve ever went to the dr, she was amazing with him and zero tears!
Super fast and helpful every time we go in! The staff is always very friendly and warm.However the best visit we had was when we had to go in on my kiddos birthday. One of the staff members went out of her way to make my kiddo feel special and it was very appreciated.
