I called Brian and explained mom's situation. Unable to turn off water in bath tub. He said he was booked solid; then asked if she was on well water or city water. City, of course. He said he would fit us in. He called after his last job, came over promptly and fixed the problem for us. He found another problem and we have him scheduled to come back to fix it. This guy knows his stuff! Willing to work with you and courteous. Definitely will use his services again! Thanks Brian!
