This place is super excellent for any dog (or other animal family member!). Our dog can be nervous around other dogs and has some separation anxiety but the staff and environment there made her feel as comfortable as possible. The staff is all super kind and you can tell they truly care about their guests. Will definitely keep taking our pupperoni there!

I have had two dogs over the course of my relationship with Country Lane. The first was grump who did not like other dogs and was embarrassingly protective of me in public; the second is an angel who happens to be afraid of her own shadow, but loves people (when she isn't afraid of them). Both of them were loved, tremendously cared for, and so unbelievably happy in their times at Country Lane. All it takes for my current scaredy-cat of a dog to go from anxious and scared to full-body-tail-wag-happy is to hear the voice of Mary or any of the other members of the fabulous crew there. We loved our visit and Sam enjoyed her stay. Everyone was so friendly and found it to be well maintained. They even gave us the name of a great place to stop for lunch. Will definitely use them again on our next visit to New Richmond.
