Their work is neat, well put together, and done correctly the first time, often more quickly than expected. They resolve issues that other plumbers cannot find or fix. I experience an issue with a blocked kitchen disposal/ sink drain on Thursday evening, December 5. A friend recommended I contact Don with Preferref Plumbing in Morrow. I contacted them and they were at my home early afternoon on Friday December 6.

Don was able to clear the drain in addition to addressing bathroom vanity drain issue and replace parts in three toilets.

Donnie was great! I gave him a call after calling two other plumbers (who never showed up or responded after my initial call), and he showed up the same day!! He installed a water faucet outside way quicker then I expected and his pricing was very fair. His work was very neat and well put together. Donnie was very helpful with an emergency plumbing leak we had. He still had 2 more stops to make for the day in other locations. He offered to travel another 40 minutes to help us after hours. We will call Donnie again.
