I'm glad this location has a respectable turning radius for large pickup trucks. And a nice helpful staff.I was asked to not come back to the Flying Ace in Beavercreek. I had to use the outside "members only" lane to make their tight turn. I explained if I use the inside lane that I can't make the turn without running over their landscaping. Manager was mad at me for caring I guess.Great experience at this location! Very happy to have found a place that works for me.

Update.Like so many places, after the Grand Opening the service, the smiles and the promises go away ..Not just his location but all of them: Some things that disappeared.Smiles and attentiveness.How many times have you had to wait while the people guiding you into the car wash finished his/her conversation with another employee? almost every time for me.The Price went UP the perks went down. No free towels to detail the car now.Air fresheners are scareWhen the gate sticks and the help is slow to arrive.HOW MANY TIMES HAS THE PAID TO BE AVIP EXPRESS LANE C L O S E D?This one is so strange to me. Busy place, but they keep the line moving efficiently. You can buy a single wash or sign up for a membership with unlimited washes per month. As with all these kinds of places, there are several levels of wash service (undercarriage, "wax," etc.). We use it regularly and have been fully satisfied.Complimentary vacuums are available, too. I've used that service twice and found it effective.
