Betsy is awesome! I have been dealing with a trigger spot in my shoulder for months and she was able to work it out some. It’s not nearly as painful and uncomfortable as it had been. I 10/10 recommend her!
I highly recommend Heart at Home! I visit from Florida every few months and when I book my flight, I book a massage with Ashley. ❤️ The massage is not only relaxing but relieving! I notice joint inflammation reduced and my range is motion increased.
I am a nurse and I have chronic neck pain and hold a lot of tension In my neck, shoulders and back. Alex is great at releasing that tension and working out those knots, helping to increase mobility and relieve pain. I get deep tissue massage at Heart at Home and it has helped me immensely. Much recommended.
