My first experience with MOVE Muscle Therapy was incredible, and I am already planning out my next appointment. This was the most productive massage I have ever experienced and loved how he incorporated the active isolated stretches. I really appreciated that Keith was knowledgeable and informative in talking about his methods and approach. He has inspired me to take better care of my body and empowered me with practical achievable methods for accomplishing my goals. This approach is a really good fit for managing my fibromyalgia.
