On behalf of my mother we wanted to share our most recent experience with Floorcraft. To say we were simply satisfied is an understatement. The professionalism and follow-through from Rob was phenomenal. He was fun to work with, we were informed personally, by e-mail, and even text for upcoming appointments. He called each day to insure my mom was happy with the days work. Jake did a great job laying moms floor. He kept her informed and kept a clean work area. Jake was personable and a joy to work with. There were two other guys (Kevin/unsure of the other guys name), who both did a noce job with the pad/carpet, and stretching. They also helped move everything back in it’s place, cleaned up, and hailed all the scraps away, unlike the company who installed the carpet to begin with. All of these guys insured mom was satisfied with the work before they left. We would absolutely recommend Floorcraft to our friends/family and for our own future flooring/tile needs.
Rob is great and really knows his product. Installation went so smooth. We had three bedrooms and the stairs with carpet installed. If you want great service people who care about their work I would recommend Floorcraft.
