Despite my billing being messed up after everytime I come. I return because the quality care I receive. This time was a different story. I came in because I had fallen down the stairs and could barely walk. The man was rude and threw my insurance card/ID back at me. The lady looked at my foot and said I don't need an xray and tried to send me on my way. I insisted on getting one. She came back and said she thought she saw a fracture, but she had to wait on confirmation and she would call, but either way there was nothing they could do for me. This is definitely the best urgent care we've ever been too. The CNP Jawana is phenomenal! We really love her. The guy in there is a bit rude, and rough when doing tests for flu etc. Other than that we've always had great care. We'll definitely continue going here.

I read the reviews and they were accurate. I have never had such a good experience at an urgent care. The receptionist , doctor were so great I will always go here. Wonderful!!!!
