Very quick service! Polite and professional. Good evaluation and service. I did contact a specialist after the visit and was given very similar treatment, but a little more aggressive and provided a middle ground between tithe urgent care advice and the next step, the hospital emergency room.
Very patient and kind with my 4 year old who was quite nervous about getting stitches. We don’t visit doctors or use conventional medicine much, but if we have to, we do enjoy coming to this office due to their kindness and honesty.
While dealing with a toddler that had minor burns on his fingers (tripped too close to the fire pit) they were quick, compassionate, kind, efficient, and were able to ease my concerns while keeping the toddler calm while examining the injury. They were also able to provide some samples of a similar cream to the one they wrote a prescription for since local pharmacies were closed. (The bandaids they provided were a little big for toddler fingers, but they provided multiple styles of dressings for the injury, and we had smaller ones at home!)
