CNP Megan was phenomenal as well as the rest of the staff. They assisted both of my children in a timely manner. They also showed true compassion which is hard to come by these days in the medical profession. Great overall experience and I would highly recommend.
Friendly and patient. Sidenote, a prescription for antibiotics was sent to Kroger St Marys (approx 7:40 pm) and after driving there and waiting my turn I was told it would not be ready until 9 am the next day. This is not a Wilson Urgent Care complaint but I thought it was worth mentioning in case there is an opportunity for Wilson to provide a first dose or alternatives. (Reiterating, this is not a complaint. I should have done my research.) Thank you.
Had a great experience at Minster Urgent Care. Provider was personable and professional and made sure her plan was something I could actually complete. Great work at keeping our community healthy.
