I got a ResMed machine through Apria. It was a very smooth process over the phone and I had it three days later. I really like my machine. They are all good at functioning correctly. I’ve been using a CPAP for 25 years. The important thing is to get the right mask. Over the last 25 years I’ve tried about everything. For the last three years I have used DreamWorks. It’s the best I’ve ever used. I don’t have leaks, it doesn’t leave marks on my cheeks that last all day long, and the tube comes from the top of the head, which is quite convenient. I believe the right mask is what makes it or breaks it for using CPAP on a long-term basis.
I was visiting the area from another state. I forgot a part of my CPAP setup and needed to find a replacement in short order. I found the personnel to be very courteous, very accommodating, more than fair on pricing ( in fact way less than others for the same part), and they offered a veteran discount which I qualified for. I was very satisfied with the service. Thank you.
