David Flowers is the most arrogant person I have ever met. He has not empathy for anyone. I waited and waited for a returned phone call from him and his response was "go somewhere else!" I TOLD him that he had already did the services and I just need the death certificate. HE HUNG UP ON ME AFTER TELLING ME TO GO GET IT MYSELF.

This place has been my family's go to when a loved one passes away! The guys are so nice and try to make you feel comfortable in your grief. I'd recommend everyone going here! They work with you. They're very understanding. 5 stars just isn't enough for them! <3
