If you own a leaky, 100-year old house like ours, you’ll know how difficult it is to insulate all the parts that let in freezing cold draughts and leak out all your expensive heat.Abe and his crew went above & beyond to leak proof and insulate the barely accessible crawl spaces and hard to reach rim joists and sills while protecting the contents of our basement from overspray.Our house is now more comfortable from top to bottom.

We had House Tite seal a crawl space, and the rim joists/sill plate in the mechanical room and storage areas of our basement. The process of getting a quote was timely and straightforward. The pricing was also very reasonable. Scheduling the actual insulation was also a breeze. They prepared the spaces with plastic sheeting and other accessories to ensure an easy but thorough cleanup one day and completed the spray foaming and clean up the next. Throughout the process of the spray foaming they kept me informed and even sent pictures/videos of the crawl space (since it is hard to see into) to show the completeness of their work.
