I want to give a most sincere thank you to Chris Tepus and the entire Millcraft Barns organization for their swift and wonderful delivery of the shed we purchased on September 28. We were coming from a long battle with Timber Creek Structures (also in Niles/Youngstown) for a shed we had put half down on in April and never received. After a lawsuit against TCS that failed to succeed because the owner, Mr. Dotson, did not show up for court, we went looking for a replacement building. We happened upon Millcraft Barns Youngstown and were completely impressed with the buildings there, the knowledgeable and friendly salesman, the BBB and other reviews we found online, and a few in-person recommendations from friends. Two weeks from the day we ordered, our building was in place on our property, and it is beautiful. THANK YOU, Chris and everyone else involved for being an honest, trustworthy, and dependable company. I highly recommend anyone looking for a quality outbuilding to skip that other guy and check these folks out. You won't be disappointed.
Greetings! ….. we purchased a studio shed from Rick Daugherty’s location on West Ridge Road in Fairview, PA. He walked us through the many options: no pressure. We are stoked with the shed. Because of the difficult access to our back yard, Rick arranged for on site construction. It turned out great… check out the photos. Cheers!
wow! customer service is beyond exceptional. had a situation where the old stain used (which is discontinued for the problem) was running. these folks came out, attempted to fix it, but couldn't. when the problem stain couldn't be fixed, they offered to paint my whole shed to solve the problem. I highly recommend MillCraft of Millersburg to everyone.
