“David and Alana are wonderful hosts and teachers. I went on an individual retreat seeking peace. The massage and Breema work were a balm to my soul and body. I was hurting inside and out. They were good listeners. What really was the best “take home” for me was the instruction on breath. The instruction and practice on mindful breathing helped immensely to center and recalibrate. To be able to be in the present moment without the anxiety of what could come next or the experience of shame of what has gone by was the best gift—just to be immersed in present moment was cleansing and restorative.
