Thermo King Midwest is one of the best Thermo King dealers in the country, with fast, professional staff and highly recommended service. Customers have experienced quick repairs, with one noting they were in and out in less than 2 hours. Another visit involved a major coolant leak on an APU, which was quickly identified and fixed in an expedient and efficient manner. The team is described as super nice people, with a general manager who came out to set all the APU settings correctly and explained what each setting did. The service is the fastest ever received in Thermo King services, with one customer noting less than 5 minutes from arrival. Desk service is great, prices are really affordable, and the building is clean and nice. The parking lot is designed for hooked trailers of all sizes with trucks. The staff are disciplined and serious, doing honest work. Customers feel safe and free stopping here, with one owner operator stating they will drive past other Thermo Kings to come to this location. The team works together to make very satisfied customers, and the APU has never run as well as it does now after service. This is a real American repair shop working with real American soul.
Excellent Service! New to me rig, brought it in for a checkup and they found several items, fast quote and had me out the door same day.

I will skip the broke down story but i can tell THEY ARE SUPER NICE PEOPLE. My trailer thermoking cooling cycle down, many error codes shop up on screen. I was knowing it is big issue need help and i got terrible time with fully frozen loaded truck. Then i was in cleveland area. I google this store and i called them.First i talk with Hanry he was super nice and he told me they will help me. I ask i will be late because time was 4.45pm they were closing 5.00 pm until monday. But he said AFTER HOURS eighter on FRIDAY. They changed a nightmare to calm day.

I went to have my APU diagnosed for not running. I expected it to be a circuit board. It turns out it was a lot simpler and they had it running in a short time. I asked while I was there if they could check out the setting, I've had this truck for two years and never get it to run like I knew it should the general manager came out and put all the settings where they should be as well as showed me and explained what all the settings did in the running of the APU.
