We had a good experience building our home with Schumacher. Lynn was very attentive to detail and the changes we had made were done as we asked. We've been in the house for over a year now and had a few warranty issues that were quickly addressed by Jim. We are very pleased. Schumacher built a house next to us recently and Lynn asked if he could use the outlet on our porch to run their sump pump for the new house until electricity was installed. We agreed.
