THREE TIMES I had a water problem in my basement. Each time the folks from ICON sent their crew with gigantic fans to dry the carpet. They were careful in moving my furniture and in one case needed to raise a large section of the carpet so the fans could dry the underside and prevent mold from growing there. When the carpets were dry the team returned, removed their large fans then put all the furniture back in its normal place. They also gave me such good advice about the water problem that even with extreme rain there are no more water problems in my basement. I think ICON is the best and recommend them highly to anyone needing their services.
