I was really in a bind because my furnace was needing repair and the temps are dropping with an arctic blast coming. Craig Family RV was the third company I called, after the first 2 were unavailable, and came out the next morning. Josh was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He isolated the problem quickly and said he would be back in the afternoon to reinstall my cleaned and repaired furnace. I am 40 minutes minimum from their shop where he took my furnace. All this for a very competitive and reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. Call them first.
We neglected to winterize and had a leak behind our kitchen sink. They fixed the leak, winterized and fixed our hot water heater. We were very happy with the prompt service, honesty and fair price.
