Excellent people and company. After talking to other companies for my basement water leak, I called Basement Worx. Lonnie (the owner) came out for an estimate. Totally low keyed the problem, put me at ease, said it's not a big deal, and they can definitely fix it. Couple weeks later Simon and Mark come out to fix the crack. Dug the ground down and out, patched the crack, sealed the crack, then covered with a membrane and put the dirt back in place. (I forgot to take pictures!) Very fast, efficient, honest people doing quality work at a fair price.

I had water seeping up through cracks in the basement floor. Lonnie recommended installing a second sump pump as a permanent solution vs simply sealing the cracks. Simon and Brandon did an awesome job on the install and were very courteous. Alison from the office did a great job on communication. There’s no question why this company always gets 5 star reviews.
