This is not the first new construction home we have built and Wayne Homes process went very smoothly. I must say that Sherri who helped in the floorplan/planning stage was very patient and helpful. I had a lot of wants and was very particular and she helped make it all happen. And with a smile on her face! Our project manager Kyle was great to work with. He was very up front and willing to address any concerns or questions we had. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend Wayne Homes to our family and friends. We love our home and wouldn't change a thing about any of the decisions we made.

We just signed our contract with Wayne Homes, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience so far!
From day one, the sales team has been exceptional. They are incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely willing to take all the time necessary to work through every detail, option, and question we had to make sure our needs were met. Building a home is a huge process, but their team has made this first major milestone smooth.
We are extremely happy with everything so far and can’t wait to see our home come to life. I will be updating this review as construction progresses, but as for the planning and sales phase, Wayne Homes has earned five stars!

We have had no issues and our field manager, Sandy, was always very professional and very helpful to any questions we had. I couldn’t ask for a better experience in building a home.
