Want to share our wonderful experience yesterday with Christina at Sandusky location. We made plans to look at the model home. Decided to look at Wayne homes. We were so impressed on the model home that we both fell in love with it. We were able to sit down with Christina and she worked on our Wayne Home Quote in a limited time. We did not think about setting up an appointment. She was very informative and came up with suggestions. We will be moving forward on the new home. So excited. Being this is the third home I've built, first with Wayne, the process and experience is unmatched. The ability to customize anything you want is refreshing and really allowed for us to bring our vision to reality for our forever home. From the initial signing to closing, everyone on our build team was friendly, informative and overall kept us reassured that Wayne was the right choice. Nick Webber, our field manager is probably one of the best in the business. He kept us up to date multiple times a week and answered our questions no matter the time or day. He is continuing to check in and follow up with us to make sure we are satisfied even after closing.
