Corey, the owner, personally came out to our home in Cleveland to do the measurements. He walked us through everything, made smart suggestions, and never once did we feel like we were being “sold” anything. It was relaxed, professional, and incredibly helpful.

Then came Isiah and Eric, our installers—and let me just say, they were AMAZING. From start to finish, they treated our home like it was their own. They spent 5 days with us, removing the old flooring (over 2,000 sq. ft!) and installing the new floor along with new shoe mold throughout, and their craftsmanship was next-level. At the end of each day, they cleaned up thoroughly—like spotless. You wouldn’t even know work was being done. They were also extremely considerate of our space, making sure my wife and I (and our family) felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
