Staff was very rude! I left messages for weeks trying to schedule an apt. Finally after weeks of attempts someone left me a very rude VM, when I called right back the same woman answered and was again extreamly rude, yelling that they are not excepting new pts and she dont know why im calling bc I dont go there, would not let me speak, and basically hung up without ever listening to my reason for calling. They were listed as my new pcp with my new insurance. Dodged a bullet there, would not recommend!

You guys lost a customer today. Showed up a few minutes late and wouldn't take me in. There's been more than a few times I waited way past my appointment time in the waiting room without ever saying a word. One time I'm a few minutes late less than 15 It's time to move on to someone better.

I called and left a message and was never called back to schedule an appt. Really disappointed in the system. Makes me rethink my choice of provider company. My doc is great, the system not so.
