“5 stars is not enough for the experience I had here. I am chronically ill so I have had a lot of experience with doctors offices (used to waiting a long time, rude/dismissive people, etc). My first visit here was one the best experiences at a drs office I have ever had. I was able to make an appt to be seen relatively quickly. Janice, at the front desk, greeted me right away, and was extremely positive, helpful, and patient. I was seen quickly, and Hillary and Kaitlyn were kind and friendly. Kaitlyn was extremely patient, and throughly answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed, and felt that she genuinely cared and wanted to help me. She took time to address all of my concerns. She was seriously amazing!! Following my appt, I got lab work done. Ashley was friendly, quick, and efficient. I have terrible veins and have never gotten blood done so painlessly and so fast! It was extremely convenient to get lab work done right there. I was able to get it done right away with no wait. Overall, I felt cared about by every staff member I interacted with. My experience was amazing, and I’m so happy I found this place! I would recommend it to everyone!“
