Chris was my cleaner and he was very accommodating! He let me know when he was on the way so I could plan accordingly for his arrival, running right on schedule. I had time to grab lunch while he was doing the cleaning and he was finished up and out before I knew it. He left my carpet clean, soft and smelling fresh. The owners Michelle & Russ are awesome people. My basement got flooded last week from all the rain that we had in Monroe last Thursday & Friday. They were the only Restoration company that could come right away. Everyone else told me it would be Saturday or Sunday before that could get to my flooded basement. Not only were they quick to respond to my needs, they gave me outstanding service. Her people that came out to clean up my mess were very friendly & professional.
