5 stars is not enough for the experience I had here. I am chronically ill so I have had a lot of experience with doctors offices (used to waiting a long time, rude/dismissive people, etc). My first visit here was one the best experiences at a drs office I have ever had. I was able to make an appt to be seen relatively quickly. Janice, at the front desk, greeted me right away, and was extremely positive, helpful, and patient. I was seen quickly, and Hillary and Kaitlyn were kind and friendly. I’m a new patient who hasn’t had a primary care doctor since COVID. It was easy to schedule online as a new patient. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Kurt is a great PA! He was very thorough and recommended a care plan I am really happy with.
I've been a patient here for many years now and have always had a great experience. I usually see Pearl, one of the NPs. It's much easier to get a day and time that works for me and to be seen in a timely manner. My experience with scheduling to see my primary care doctor is that you will be waiting over an hour past your scheduled appointment time, unless you're one of the first appointments.
