Mid‑Valley Gastroenterology is praised for friendly and helpful staff. Patients arrive early, check in, and complete paperwork before being seen at appointment time. The consultation for colonoscopy is clear, and the procedure proceeds nicely. They explained things clearly, and patients did not have to wait too long for appointment or procedure. Equipment issues are handled promptly, and everyone is professional and kind.
Dr consultation to set up colonoscopy. Had to wait a bit in line because they were having problems with getting their equipment to work right. Once in everything proceeded nicely. Friendly staff, explained things clearly.
Two stars because the doctor was very kind. However, The office staff other than the lady who got us set up for an endoscopy are very rude and have a terrible tone. The doctors nurse is no different in attitude and demeanor. The doctor himself seemed very nice but we had very little time with him. We are still having issues, was told results of biopsy’s would be in by Friday, since we’re still having serious issues, I called today. Was told now it would be two weeks? Seriously?? I’m beyond upset. Sent an urgent message on Tuesday that has yet to be returned or followed up on. Unfortunately for us it will take the same amount of time to find a new doc and we don’t...read full review
My husband had a colonoscopy today, excellent Doctor, Dr Sharma. They took very good care of him. The nurses and Doctor were very thorough. He Doctor doesn’t have the best bed side manor but he’s a great Doctor.
