Great Clips Middletown is a hair salon that provides affordable haircuts for men, women, and children. The salon offers various hair care services, including haircuts, beard trims, bang trims, and shampooing. Customers appreciate the friendly service and quick haircuts, with some praising the stylists for their skill in fixing previous bad haircuts.
The salon is open evenings and weekends and welcomes walk-ins. Customers can also check-in online to reduce wait times. However, there have been complaints about inconsistent operating hours and a lack of adherence to posted hours.
Customers have described the staff as kind and willing to engage in conversation, reminiscent of the experience one might have with a bartender. Customers have also praised specific stylists, such as Stephanie, for their outstanding work and professionalism, with one customer mentioning that their hair looked great even on the second day after the haircut.
Additionally, the salon has been praised for its accommodating service, especially for disabled seniors who require extra assistance, with one customer mentioning the helpful staff, including Joanna, who provided excellent service.
Love this particular store. The girls are friendly and I always look like a million bucks when I leave. I just got home from another haircut (July 2, 2026) and I'm telling you, if you don't visit this place, you are doing yourself a disservice. The attention to detail and really understanding what look your going for is the best I've seen in a long time.
I love coming to great clips!
I just found my stylist again, since
