Duff Plumbing updated our indoor gas line today due to a leak. (They were not responsible for installing the gas pipes that leaked, just for fixing them expertly!) They were professional and promptly worked us in, demonstrating clear concern for our heating and cooking situation. They communicated clearly about the timeline for work. Their dispatcher was, as always, courteous and kind.
The Duke Energy representative that came to turn our gas back on was very impressed with their work quality and especially with their expertise in installing up-to-date gas technology.
We have used Duff Plumbing for nearly two decades in two different homes, and they are trustworthy.

Duff Plumbing was recommended to me by a coworker. From the first call, I knew I was dealing with professional individuals. Sherrie was amazing. She was able to get someone out quickly. Chuck did the initial assessment. He was knowledgeable and skilled about what he thought the problem was. He recommended that I check with the water company first and if that wasn’t the problem to call them back. As it turned out, I had to call back and Sheri was great about getting me scheduled again. Purchased a home recently in an area that was new to me and needed some urgent plumbing work to be completed to keep the home renovation on schedule.
Sherrie from the office was a great communicator and worked closely with me to ensure a staff member could come to our home the same day to assess issues.
Chuck and Michael showed up and assessed the plumbing issues flawlessly. Chuck even solved an issue that was perplexing me with a bit of thought and a twist of wrench. And didn’t charge me.
Customer service is excellent! And response is fabulous. All for a fair and reasonable price.
