MK came out found that snow wash getting in, did a on the spot repair at no charge. I had them do a full replacement as soon as the weather allowed
Thankfully I had it done before this series of snowfall came in. They replaced the plywood then had damage. What was nice is I could take a picture of my house with the roof samples a get a look at what it will look like.
My husband did roofing in his early years and was very impressed with the workmanship and I with the kindness of get the work and showing my husband the damage that they found.
