I built a new home in Garrettsville and the builder's cement contractor did a poor job. I needed some repair work done so someone I know with professional experience in this area HIGHLY recommended Phil Miller Construction. I certainly see why!

From my initial conversation with Ian Semler to the on-site team that did the actual work, all were OUTSTANDING! Excellent quality at a very fair price.

The work was so good that I treated the on-site team to a pizza lunch while here.

If I ever build another home, I will REQUIRE the builder use Phil Miller's team for ALL concrete work. Phil Miller Construction ROCKS!

Can’t say enough about Phil Miller. Highly recommend. They do a fantastic job, they work very efficiently, and everyone on the crew very pleasant to work with. They arrived early every day and got right to work. They had the fairest quote out of all the companies I looking in to. So glad I used them for my projects so far. I will continue using and recommending them to everyone !

They tore out our old asphalt drive, replaced it with a concrete drive, and installed a pad for a storage building. They got to my house at 7:30 am, like they said they would. They got everything installed in a day. The foreman was actively involved in the process.They were courteous and professional. The price was competitive but I feel they over delivered.I can't say enough good things about Phillip Miller Construction.
