Dr. Kossow is incredible. I had my first eye exam in a few years and from the moment he opened the door to the moment I left, I felt cared for and accommodated. All while having so many laughs!!!

He also helped prove me with information for an eye issue I’ve been experiencing for a long time. This is an issue every other Dr I’ve had has brushed off.

If you want to have a fun, professional and highly informative eye exam, seriously look no further.

I’ve had pretty bad vision for most of my life, but never had a doctor really explain what was wrong with my eyes or what my prescription meant. I walked out of my appointment today probably knowing more about my eyes than any other doctor has taken the time to tell me. I felt comfortable asking questions and never felt rushed to get the appointment over with. I’m very pleasantly surprised, and plan on coming back to this location in the future when needed.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. At times, I felt a little rushed and needed to ask for explanations to be repeated which they did with a smile. They made sure all my questions were answered before committing to anything and that I was comfortable. Nice!
