Jack, Kevin, Trey and the Viking crew went above and beyond expectations. They were prompt in addressing our HVAC needs and resolving all issues at a reasonable price and with incredible customer service. I highly recommend Viking for all HVAC needs.
The Viking team replaced a 30 year old unit and I cannot believe what a difference it has made. No longer does my AC struggle to keep my house cool. They were efficient and extremely courteous. Thanks again!
Been using Viking fo a number of recent years and they have been great. I use the annual service check-up for both AC and Heat and it's well worth the (less than $200. fee for both!) systems are not built to last as long as they use to and explains the need for annual maintenance services. Viking has always been up front with repairs and replacements and just an all around good experience....so far.
