“From the jump, I received nothing but support from aisle 9. They have been very understanding about the fact that I was in the middle of a move from North Dakota to Dayton. I think I had researched over 10 different shops in the Ohio area before landing on this one. Inside is very clean and welcoming. Normally shops feel dark and heavy but this one had the opposite effect.

When I got paired with Luen. I wasn’t sure about it at first but after meeting him he was extremely confident, reassuring, and skilled. I knew after our consultation that he was going to absolutely knock it out of the park and I was absolutely beyond excited. Not only did he do my arm but he finished my leg piece as well. I was super grateful because I know it can be kind of a hit or miss when another artist does half of it, so when he offered to finish it I had no other answer but yes and he knocked that one out of the park too.

The time after the consultation and tattoo day was built on great communication. The actual tattoo day was super calm, we took many breaks and he paid attention and is very detail oriented. He was very understanding and empathetic about how I felt and there was always great conversation. Just over all made sure I was taken care of.

Communication went on even weeks after to make sure I was healing well. I had zero hesitation with any question I had since I was on holiday. Did what I could to take care of myself and my new tattoos but I still had questions about healing and was more than comfortable with shooting him a text and asking. Talks of touch ups are in the works. ?

My daughter got her ears pierced there today by Kim, she was trooper said it didn’t hurt at all!After she was finished we were leaving and my daughter got very dizzy and said she couldn’t hear and ended up vomiting:( Kim was so insanely sweet and professional! She didn’t worry about her shop she went strait into taking care of my daughter and making sure she was ok and started cleaning her up!???
Not only did Kim jump to help her but other members of the staff came in and even took her shoes to clean them. I mean it takes a special person to help clean up someone else’s kid’s vomit! I can’t thank them enough for how they treated my daughter and how they handled this situation! My daughter was so embarrassed and Kim kept telling her over and over that is was ok and not to be sorry. Brian did a phenomenal jobjob for n two of my tattoos, ollie did a crazy good job on one of mine as well. Malachi does phenomenal work and I’m excited to get one from him here in the near future.

Absolutely recommend, Sundays are great for walk-ins. The pricing is very fair and you really get what you pay for.

Edit: After being very comfortable with the artist, I decided to go in on a larger piece. Out of all the pictures you will see it, it is the dagger that took some inspiration from Sailor Jerry’s designs, and transferred to a crazy unique style.
Every prior tattoo on me was done by different shops, and now I’m a one shop guy if that says anything about the quality and service.“
