We had an emergency website challenge. With my limited know how, I knew we needed to call in back . We called, desperate for knowledgeable technology assistance. Jeff was "on it". He was able to see "things", had the very access we needed to do "things", was willing to partner with our web design team to fix it and make it work asap. He was uber responsive to my needs, in the midst of, I'm sure, working on other things as well. I felt like I was his number one emergency. I also felt like it was just as important to him that we get our site back up again. He owned our need. I was able to rest in his skill and am so very thankful for what Expedient Technology brings to our table. Thank you for more than coming through for us! We are grateful.
