“We just started using Crystal and her team just recently and we couldn't be happier. We have had folks cleaning before and I had real trust issues with bringing someone in that I didn't know. Well, I'm over that, because Crystal is a true professional. She is a GREAT communicator and is very detailed with the work performed. I would highly recommend Sparkle and Shine if you're thinking of having some cleaning done.”
“I recently hired a commercial cleaning service for our office, and I must say, it was a game-changer. From the moment I reached out for a quote, their customer service was exceptional. They were responsive, friendly, and thorough in explaining their services and pricing.
On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived on time and were well-prepared with all the necessary equipment and supplies. I appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. They tackled everything from dusting and vacuuming to deep-cleaning the restrooms and break areas.
What impressed me the most was their commitment to using eco-friendly cleaning products. In today's world, it's great to see a company prioritizing sustainability while still providing effective cleaning solutions.
After the cleaning, the difference was noticeable. The office felt refreshed, and the air quality seemed improved. The team even left behind a checklist detailing what they had completed, which I found helpful for keeping track of ongoing maintenance.
Overall, I highly recommend this commercial cleaning service to any business looking for reliable and thorough cleaning. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and quality service makes them a standout choice in the industry.”
“They are always on time and willing to do a little bit extra. The ladies are very friendly and they feel like part of the family.”
