Going above and beyond, as another reviewer mentioned, is a fair assessment but sometimes it can be perceived as money hungry or condescending. Nice enough people. Very thorough in explaining things. Great for new pet owners or someone experiencing a procedure never before done, but I'm not very welcoming of it when it comes to annual check ups, shots and other common issues that comes with owning a pet. I'm not fond of Lake County high rates in general! I've been spoiled by my previous Country based vet who, at times offered discounted rates for having multiple animals especially when taken in on the same visit or for being a long time customer (20 years). Amazing friendly staff that genuinely care about your animal!! Vet is very thorough and explains everything, have been going to this place for years and will stay here for all the years to come!

The staff at Tyler Animal Clinic is the best! They are caring and friendly, and our dogs are treated wonderfully. We've been taking our pets to them since the early 1980s, so they feel like family.
