My first home buying process with Nations Lending was a nightmare! Two years later, I was ready to sell that home and get into a new one. A friend of mine had recently closed on her home using Ruoff so I was referred to their company. Dominic at Ruoff was attentive, kept me apprised of all updates day or night, did not over promise and under deliver, and my final out of pocket closing costs was actually a couple thousand less than we anticipated. A complete 180 from the experience I had with my first home buying process. I would highly recommend using Ruoff Mortgage for your mortgage lending needs! (though the office I worked with was based in Indiana, not Mentor)
