We worked with John and Jerry through a restoration of our lower level after our sewer backed up in August. John was very positive and helpful when it came to the entire process, from the initial walk through to the final follow-up meeting. Jerry handled the insurance side of the project well and explained everything in great detail as needed. John and his team worked quickly so that we could get back to using our lower level again. This team cleaned up from the mitigation process, added drywall, painted, put baseboards back, and installed flooring and fixtures back in the 2 rooms and bathroom.
