We recently had the roof and gutters of our home replaced by RAW Roofing Solutions, and overall the work they did was great.
Communication was also great with all the staff we worked with—Mike, Sebastian, Dakotah, and Justin. Everyone was cordial, responsive, and apologetic when issues came up.
The biggest downside was their internal miscommunications, which led to the wrong gutters being installed and needing to be removed and redone days later. We were originally told this would be a one-day job, but the full project ended up taking about a week.
