I was building my first PC and couldn’t get the power supply to work. He tested my power supply and showed me that it wasn’t working so I could return it to Amazon. He sold me a replacement power supply on the spot and installed it. He went above and beyond and checked that all the fans were working and fixed an issue he caught with the cooling system. He even helped setup BIOS and Windows. Excellent customer service! He makes sure everything is working and done right. I felt like my computer was in the hands of an expert. Would recommend to friends
