Fantastic experience with this company. Walked in to see if they could remove a small stripped screw from my Nintendo 3DS-XL. I'd tried everything. Superglue, tape and screwdriver, drill, everything! Nothing was working. Dropped off the device and within an hour the screw was removed so that I could replace the part that needed to be replaced. Would highly recommend and will return with any phone or small electronics needs. Thank you so much!
