My hot tub sprung a leak and it was empty last Friday morning. I called Northcoast and by 1:30pm a technician was out. Mick quickly found the problem, fixed it, thawed out my frozen outside water faucet with a hair dryer! and refilled the tub, all within an hour! I highly recommend Northcoast Spa & Tub. This is the first time I've ever used them, and three other places I called would not help me because they did not sell me my tub. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Kerry and Mick are awesome!!! They have taken care of our hot tubs for 15+ years. This last visit on 3-24-25 was for our tub that was 12+ years old. Due to an unfortunate situation we did not catch, our tub froze and broke many fittings, valves and controls. Mick did not, try to sell me any repairs etc. He was honest with me and said we would be chasing problems. I figured that but appreciated the honesty. We will use them again should we buy another hot tub.
